CollectorLINK

Frequently Asked
Questions

Everything you need to know about tokenized collectibles, blockchain provenance, and vault-grade ownership.

These aren't just digital images. Every CollectorLINK token represents a real, physical collectible — signed memorabilia, rare vinyl, historic ticket stubs, and other cultural artifacts. The token records ownership and provenance of the actual item on the blockchain. Think of it as a digital certificate of ownership for a real-world collectible — a digital key to a real-world vault of culture.

Purchases on CollectorLINK are made using USDC, a stable digital dollar held in a crypto wallet such as MetaMask or Coinbase Wallet. When you buy a collectible, the ownership token transfers directly to your wallet on the blockchain. The process is fast, global, and transparent. If you've never used a crypto wallet before, don't worry — we'll guide you through the setup. Once connected, buying and collecting becomes simple and secure.

Collectibles have always relied on trust — authentication stickers, dealer paper certificates, and auction records. These systems work, but they can be difficult to track over time. Blockchain allows a collectible's ownership history and metadata to be recorded in a permanent, transparent ledger. Each transfer, sale, or vault event becomes part of that record. Tokenization allows a collectible to carry its provenance, history, and ownership record wherever it goes — and makes collectibles easier to trade and transfer, since ownership can move digitally without the item needing to change hands immediately.

Yes. CollectorLINK works with collectors to tokenize real-world items from their collections. Because each token represents a physical item, the process typically involves documentation, photography, and authentication references to ensure the collectible and its digital record remain properly linked. We are currently onboarding items selectively. If you're interested in tokenizing pieces from your collection, contact us to start the conversation.

You can sell or transfer it. Ownership is recorded on the blockchain, so when the token moves to a new wallet, the ownership record updates automatically. If the collectible is held in a vault, custody can transfer along with the token, allowing the item to change hands securely while preserving its provenance and history.
